Raymond Mueller brings nearly 20 years of experience as a musician, composer, teacher, and school administrator. He attended Ithaca College, and George Mason University where he earned degrees in Music Education, Arts Administration, and Music Composition. Mr. Mueller most recently was Director of Music for Washington D.C. Public Schools where he worked in close conjunction with national Arts organizations to offer thousands of students enhanced music education and performance experiences. Additionally, Mr. Mueller created a nationally recognized piano education program that now teaches over 50,000 public school students the piano as an extension of their voice. Mr. Mueller is a strong advocate of providing all students with innovative music education to ensure that they become savvy consumers and producers of culture in today’s global society.
