Ms. Li obtained a master's degree in educational technology and media from Columbia University and a bachelor's degree in chemistry from Xiamen University. Ms. Li has been engaged in teaching and research in China, New Zealand and the United States, creating Chinese classrooms in five New Zealand schools, and participating in the start-up of extraordinary education schools. She worked as a research assistant in Columbia University Laboratory. In 2019, she served as co-chairman of the China US Education Forum of Columbia University. In addition to her teaching work in Kaiwen, Ms. Li also served as the local head of the Teaching Research Committee, advisors to class and students' committee, China Thinks Big's instructor, and once served as the team leader of LEGO FLL.
